As someone who's preparing their vehicle for this examination, I'm wondering if there's a specific requirement to wash my car beforehand. Does the NCT involve any visual inspections that would necessitate a clean exterior? Is there a potential for dirt or debris to hinder the testing process or affect the outcome of the examination?
